Make sure you complete the Google Form. If you did not receive the Google Form email us to let us know.
If you did receive the Google Form, when normally set up your account with in 24 hours., but if we are extremely busy it can take up to 48 hours. If it has been over 48 hours please contact us to let us know you did not received your log in.
