Here are the instructions on how to reset your password:
1. Click on this link: https://courses.prontotaxschool.com/users/password/new
2. Enter your email and it will send you a link to reset your password.
********ONLY CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON ONCE************
Otherwise the system will lock you out.
3. Give the system 5-10 minutes to send you the reset link to the email address you have entered. Once you receive the link (possibly in your Spam folder) you will have 6 hours to reset your password before the link becomes invalid.
4. If its been over 10 minutes check your spam folder.
***Please note some servers will bounce back the email reset since it picks them up as spam. If you add our email support@prontotaxschool.com to your contact that may help get the reset email.
