Pronto Tax School Support

Here's a quick video showing you how to get your Certificate of Completion after you complete a course with Pronto Tax School:

There are 3 ways to access the Certificate:

1) It generates automatically inside your account once you complete the course (make sure you have 'pop ups allowed' on your Internet browser).

2) It also will be emailed to you.

3) It stays within your Dashboard of your account, if you go back to that course and click "Overview," you will be able to retrieve your Certificate from the bottom of that page

Please remember that you do NOT need to send your Certificate to IRS or CTEC--we report your hours electronically.

Allow at least 24 hours for hours reporting.

Keep a copy of your Certificate for your records.
