Every item in the entire course must have check marks in order to be 100% complete.

The most common reason why it's not showing 100% is if you have not reviewed and pressed the green "Next" button on the "Introduction" or "Next Steps" sections of the course. We require users to review these sections so that you have a smooth experience with our system and so that you know what you need to do after you complete your course. So, please make sure those sections are "checked off," as shown in the video.
