Hours are reported through out the day to CTEC. If you do not see your hours reported with in 24 hours, check your email inbox and spam to see if we sent you an email that your CTE ID was missing.
For the IRS report them with in 48 hours and will show on your IRS account in 3-5 days. If you do not see you hours with the IRS, check your email to see if we sent you an email that your PTIN was missing. If you did not get an email, please contact us and we will review your account to see if anything was missing.
**Please note IRS name and PTIN have to match exactly how it is in the IRS system.
